  • What is Sotrade
    Sotrade is forex trading platform that provides social Trading & Advance MT5 trading. Suitable for investors and also professional traders.
  • Is Sotrade Regulated ?
    Our company is regulated and recognized in St Vincent and The Grenadines. However, like any other new platform. The process of getting certified forex broker license can take a long time. But rest assured we are in the midst of applying a fx broker license.
  • Social & Conventional Trading
    Social trading is for user who are not skilful enought to trade on their own, and providing them the ease of use to copy the trades of another skilled trade for earning their returns. On the other hand, Conventional trading gives user full control over how their trade and what instrument their are trading.
  • Supported Countries
    Sotrade currently support majority of Southeast Asia. Which includes "Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and Philiphine.
  • Safe to Trade in Sotrade ?
    Sotrade is a forex trading platform in a form of CFDs (Contract for Difference). Trading or investing in such product will come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. You should consider whether this product are right for you before proceeding. In addition, consult your advisor or sale representative for a full disclosure.

Account Management


  • Open a Sotrade Account
    Sotrade is forex trading platform that provides social Trading & Advance MT5 trading. Suitable for investors and also professional traders. You will need an valid email and mobile phone number to register an account. go to https://user.sotradefx.com/signup/index and fill in your details and make sure that you upload genuine proof of document for verifications.
  • I had registered, now what ?
    Please allow 10 minutes to an hour of processing times. once the verification is completed, you will received an email regarding your application is successful. There will be another email that shows login details for your MT5. Please check your spam folder, if you did not received our email.
  • Access My MT5 Account
    Once your register application had completed. MT5 login credentials will be sent to your email, that you had registered. Please check your spam folder, if you did not received our email.
  • Password Reset
    If you forget your login password. Go to https://user.sotradefx.com/recovery to recovery your email or password. Recovery email will be sent to your inbox. Please check your spam folder, if you did not received our email.
  • Open a Demo Account
    Once you registered a Sotrade account. Login in to your Sotrade account, there will be an Demo Account unde the account tab. By Default the Demo account comes with $10,000 of demo credits.

Verification


  • About Verification
    In order to comply with financial service regulation, verification of clients detail are need in order to provide you the best possible experience. Your information are use for compliance purposes, all information will be kept confidential.
  • Document Required for Verification
    Document required to complete the verification process are the following:
    • Government issued ID or Passport (Valid expiration date)
    • Proof of Residences. (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, or Official letter of employer)
  • Method Receiving TAC Code
    You can either choose one method upon signup, your email or mobile phone number are verified upon inserting the TAC Code which you had received via SMS or Email.
  • Problem Received TAC via Mobile Phone Number
    Make sure that you insert your mobile phone number without spacing and symbols. Ensure your smartphone are receiving good cellular coverage. You can try again after the cooldown period had finish. if you still did not receive SMS TAC code. Please contact customer service for further assist.
  • Problem Received TAC via Email
    If you had problem received TAC via email. Please check your spam folder for TAC code. Ensure your email is inserted correctly without uppercase. if you still can receive Email TAC code. Please contact customer service for further assist.

Deposit & Withdrawal


  • Payment Method
    Currently we support USDT and BTC deposit. In the future, we will support more options like VISA Mastercard, Local Bank transfer, Paypal and more. As for Withdrawl, USDT is the only method available currently, we will have more method in the short coming.
  • Deposit Funds
    To deposit funds to your trading account. you need to login to your Sotrade account, and go to deposit page to select your account and insert your deposit amount and specify your deposit method. After that, upload relevant document (screenshot of receipt, TXID or etc) to proof your deposit detail. Please allow 1-4 hours of processing time during business hours.   • Withdraw Funds
    To withdraw fund from your trading account, login to your Sotrade account, and select the account that you wanted to withdraw insert your payment method and specify your amount. Please allow 24 hours of processing time during business hours. Head over to education section for full step by step tutorial for withdrawal guide.
  • Can i refund my deposit ?
    Once we received your fund, there will be not full refund. You will need to withdraw from your Sotrade account. Due to exchange rate, amount is reflected on the exchange rate of the time of deposit. But, you can still withdraw your fund. if you had any problem. please contact customer service via livechat or support tickets.
  • Can i cancel my Withdrawal ?
    Yes you can, make sure that you file a support ticket thru your Sotrade account. Please ensure this action is perform, during the actual day of withdrawal. Once the payment is processed, we will not able to revert the amount back to your account. However, you can deposit the amount back to your account. if you had any problem. please contact customer service via livechat or support tickets.
  • Fees & Charges
    There will be no fees incurred when you deposit to your trading account. There will be 5$ USD charges per tranaction when withdrawl funds from your trading account.
  • Sotrade UnionPay Prepaid Card
    Sotrade's UnionPay Prepaid Card is for exclusive members only. Please contact your advisor or sale representative for more information. We do not give out "Sotrade UnionPay Prepaid Card" upon request.
